Prevent the varicose complaints
The
varicose complaints affect a lot of people. The development of the diseases can
be genetic, but we do not necessarily have to accept this fact. If we have a
problem in our family, we can do a lot to prevent or reduce the symptoms.
1. Pay
attention to weight.
In most
cases, excessive weight is involved in the formation of varicose veins. In this
case, the weight weighs on our feet and the blood circulation in the blood
vessels becomes slower and thus helps to promote the development of vascular
diseases. So it is worth to eat healthily.
2. Move.
You need to
exercise every day. If we have no overweight, do not forget about the move. If
you are working in a sitting position, it is almost compulsory to include
regular exercise in everyday life

Vitamins.
In addition
to nutrition and movement, vitamins are also very important. There are
specially vitamins that strengthen the walls of the vessels to help prevent the
formation of vascular diseases (e.g. vitamin C, E). These vitamins in the
largest quantities can be found in berries.
