Preparation:

Let's boil 10 tablespoons of lemon juice in 1 liter of water and filter it in 10 minutes. Then pour into the hot water and take a 10-20 minute bath.


Lemon grass tea:

If you have been feeling depression for a long time, it is worth trying a longer healing cure. It is recommended to drink tea for 4-6 weeks, three times a day.


Preparation:

Place 3 teaspoons of lemongrass leaves into 1 cup of hot water and filter it off after 10 minutes. It can be used for headaches, insomnia or even stomach acid and stomach ache.
