The hungarian kitchen's healing spices!




There is a lot of spices that we use in the kitchen. However, now we introduce the most commonly used spices in the hungarian kitchen.







Garlic

The Garlic's compounds are known as vasodilator and antihypertensive, good against cancer and also stops the blood clot formation. Besides that it strenghtens the immune system and it's good to reduce gut and stomach problems.

This is one of our spices what’s almost all the parts are used in medical therapy. This speeds up the metabolism, its good for the heart and helps the digestion. It is suitable against joint pain, sinutitis and also in case of infection and breathing problems.




Horseradish

The horseradish is worth to consume regularly. It is used to cure kidney and urinary tract because of its antibacterial and antiviral effect. It's hot essential oil is used to cure respiratory diseases.

The dill is suitable for women to reduce lower stomach pain by the tea made of it and also with sitting bath made of dill.




Parsley

The parsley has many good effect to the organism. The tea cooked from its leaf and its root are both taking care of the organs of selection. Stimulates the kidney function and also used against cystitis. Besides that it is useful for the digestive system and it has appetizing effect.




Thyme

Because of its anti inflammatory and diuretic effect it's not only used as spice: the tea cooked of its leaf it’s good for cold and adviced to reduce menstrual cramps.
